Together, we clarify your requirements and propose suitable candidates. Once a match is found, we organise interviews, including interpreters. If we haven't found the right person yet, we will continue the search in a targeted manner.

Language training & integrative training

Your future nursing professionals complete their German training up to level B2 at our language school, using our own curriculum that has been supplemented with preparation for German care settings and integration.

3.

Management of authorities at home and abroad

You relieve your administration completely: medicruiter handles deficit notifications, visas, education vouchers, work permits, and all communication with the relevant authorities.

Entry & relocation management

Your new employees arrive worry-free: medicruiter organises flights, transfers, health insurance, social security, bank accounts, SIM cards, and all the important steps regarding their arrival in Germany.

On-site integration training/management

We support the initial period of daily work with reflection sessions at your facility, are continuously available via email, telephone, and WhatsApp, and offer psychological coaching for your new nursing staff if required.

Training for homologation

Your nursing professionals are specifically prepared for the knowledge test in AZAV-certified courses at the medicruiter Nursing School – including practical support, organisation of the exam, professional homologation, and residence permits.
