The medicruiter Nursing School is our own AZAV-certified nursing school that systematically prepares international nursing professionals for recognition in Germany – in terms of technical, practical and linguistic skills (in conjunction with our medicruiter Language School).

From compiling the documents to providing supplementary language training to conducting the proficiency test, institutions receive everything from a single source.

Julia Koelber (M.Sc.) – Public health and health scientist and nursing professional. With her in-depth understanding of the needs of different care settings, she designs the preparation for the recognition exam and the induction of international professionals. Her concepts combine digital theory formats with practical hands-on training and support safe, sustainable integration into everyday care.
